[App_rpt-users] homebrew USB sound fob no RX audio

The "meas=25995" indicates the node is seeing discriminator audio, 
although just a tad bit low in level. So, it is making it in OK. Can you 
elaborate on what conditions you have established for the menu item 4 test?
