[App_rpt-users] Need help Cent OS

I am setting up a new install. I fat fingered something setting up my
static IP. Now I get an error message saying I am unable to download post
install script phase1.sh

Everything stops and no command prompt and I can't seem to figure out how
to get back in to edit eth0.
