[App_rpt-users] same error again

Ok I went into my bios and I was set to S3 my only other option was S1. So
I changed it to S1. Do I need to do anything additional in linux?

I've gotten other suggestions from people I plan on trying bit I wanted to
try this first since someone previous to me had a similar error and this
fixed it.
