[App_rpt-users] AllStar Asterisk on Raspberry Pi 1 and 2

Now that's a blast from the distant past. :)
It's built from the SVN. Asterisk is at 1.4.23
That's the last version Jim is supporting app_rpt on.

 From what I remember, Jim says that later version of Asterisk break 
things app_rpt rely on.
