[App_rpt-users] DMK URI COS Level / Kenwood TKR-850

Set the Kenwood COS o/p to active low and connect to the URI. Set the 
"Corfrom" to "Usbinvert" In the Usbradio or Simpleusb. files.

The URI COR & PL inputs require a signal that goes to ground. It doesnt 
care about voltage swing.
