[App_rpt-users] Voting

I have a mild interest in voting. Seems like the RTCM are the way to go.
Can anyone give me a brief over view?

What I specifically want to know if my main site where the transmitter
resides currently runs on a Acid box, do I need to run a RTCM there as
well? Or do I only need them at my RX sites.
