[App_rpt-users] how to configure network for acid install?

Additionally Neil,

The post install scripts are the ones that you create at allstarlink.org
At the end of set-up it will ask for your allstar user/pass to download
them if you want.
There is nothing in those scripts that you can not set manually, but it
does at the least give you a framework to start from.
