Hostname = local ip or host name

User & pass = whatever you set-up in iax.conf
ex:

[gui]
type=user
context=radio-gui  ;user
username=gui
auth=md5
secret=PASS       ;pass
host=dynamic
disallow=all
allow=gsm
notransfer=yes
