[App_rpt-users] using Zoiper

[Mike / W5JR]

My iPhone Zoiper is only Vox and thus use of the mute button is required to inhibit transmit. Very interested in what changes where to implement the *99 / # procedure - Zoiper, iax.conf, extentions.conf, etc.
