[App_rpt-users] RANGER links?

Ahh.. ok.. thanks Bryan :) I was aware of LiTZ, but was not aware of an
effort to spearhead it's usage here in the US ala RANGER, so that's pretty
cool :)

I don't guess it went anywhere?
