[App_rpt-users] Difference between Dial and Acid

well on my acid install, I  noticed that I  could unplug the ethernet cord
or plug it into a different network and it would eventually reconnect.
Sometimes it took as much is 5 minutes for it to reconnect but I didn't
really have to reboot it.
