[App_rpt-users] POCSAG Decoding

I noticed you can generate POCSAG messages with app_rpt but is there a way
to decode them with it? I am looking to have it decode the message and have
a script act on received pocsag messages that match a set criteria to say
send a text or an email. All I need to know if it is possible and if it his
a point in the right direction as to how.
