[App_rpt-users] New install issue

First, thanks to the folks who stepped up to help keep the Allstar 
project alive.

Second, I have an issue that someone might see an obvious answer....

New Dial installation, single radio running simplex. Associated settings 
in rpt.conf (1) and usbradio.conf (0) are in place.

Radio-tune-menu keys the radio, as does "radio key" from the Asterisk CLI.

However, and audio coming through the dahdi channel does not key the 
radio. I have verified this using parrot mode, as well as the built in 
status messages (*81):

What am I missing? This is the first time I've set up a node NOT using a 
repeater.
