[App_rpt-users] Enable Inband DTMF Tones??

I believe that in addition to the "propagate_dtmf" command, you also 
need the "inxlat=" command. A copy and past from one of my nodes below 
shows the usage:

inxlat=*,#,0123456789ABCD ; funchar,endchar,passchars
propagate_dtmf=yes ; yes = pass passchars no=mute all dtmf
