[App_rpt-users] Hub with no hardware connected in ttransmit

[Tower DIVA]

Question all,

What would cause a HUB setup with no USB radio hardware hooked up go into
constant timeout and Transmit?  I got the info off of status of allstar
node 41269.  It also will not allow connections to happen and i confirmed
port forwarding. Ideas?
