[App_rpt-users] Levels

Well If you know your test set is not lyng to you then I wouldnt worry 
about it.
You can always do the direct O/P test with them to show you are not soft 
on audio if they are in range.

Also maybe they are really complaining about people using Baofengs which 
are notorious for low tx audio.
