[App_rpt-users] Remote control does not work if functions stanza is changed

Can anybody test this on their node to see if it does the same thing? Just
rename the functions stanza to functions_something and then rename
functions = functions to functions = functions_something. Then see if you
can remote control it from another node.

I am running app_rpt version 0.325 10/19/2014
