[App_rpt-users] Scheduler Debugging?

Is there a way to debug the scheduler and see what it's state is? I can't
find any debugging commands.

I have a very simple configuration setup to play an announcement with macro 10
and it works via testing it as *510 in the cli, but it does not work via
scheduler.

Anyone have any ideas?
