[App_rpt-users] Help Tuning Stats Server

Progress has been made on the stats server and it's working much better.
However, the database is not updating correctly at this time. That's being
worked on and will likely be fixed this weekend.

Thank you to all the folks who offered to help put the pieces back
together. I think we have the right people working on it but if any other
needs come up I know the AllStar community is willing to help. Will keep
you updated.
