Sorry for the mistake. For some reason the previous Xelatec links caused me
to think of that.

But it is an address issue. I just got finished with a Xipar node that did
the same behavior. Ran fine, Green light lit but no heartbeat.

Despite hot swapping the fobs which resulted in the OS seeing it, I finally
realized the tune file forced the selection.

Good luck as I don't run DIAL

Thanks, but as previously mentioned, this is DIAL and so your CLI
commands from XIPAR do not exist.
