[App_rpt-users] Need pin out info

Ok, first, if you are using flat TX audio on the motorola, you will have to
set txprelim and txlimonly to no in the rpt.conf file.

Here is the pinout for that radio:

You are going to need to send PTT, GND, and audio out to the mic in on the
RJ45 jack
