[App_rpt-users] Local area repeater announcements

Yes it is normal to hear CWID over those connections. However, it will not
go over a IAX connection between nodes.

I haven't played with local announcements that don't go over the links. You
may need to write a macro that puts you node into Monitor mode, then play
your announcement.
