[App_rpt-users] odd connectivity problem

Two nodes I normally are connecting to are not in the online list, nor 
are they in the rpt_extnodes file. The older online node list does show 
them and a bubble graph showing them connected, as usual. I started to 
poke around when I saw my usual connection to one of them was not 
possible. Got no "connection failed" but telemetry was silent, nothing. 
I can connect to any other nodes though.

So the question is, if the software is updating the allstar server, what 
would make it not show in rpt_extnodes or the master node list with 
green shading, but does show in the online node list.

Remembering back I had static entries for the one I'd normally connect 
to in rpt.conf, but guessing his ISP changed his address.

Anybody?
