[App_rpt-users] Receive audio not passing through URI

The software is Dail that I downloaded from Allstar. The radio is a GE
Mastur II VHF. The configuration was downloaded from the Allstar
portal. rpt.conf is set for duplex.
Thanks Steve for turning me on to the simple-tune-menu.In there I
could see my squelch was opening and showing sound on the sound meter
and keying the transmitter. I removed the receiver output wire on pin
21 (correct mic pin ?)and monitored through a headphone. I could hear
myself come through the receiver.
