[App_rpt-users] Node Connect

I am running a node on my repeater. Its a new setup using a URI and
Dial software. I can call the phone number and get to my node. It will
let me talk on the repeater but the only commands I can use is *99 to
transmit and *70 for status. I cant connect to another node or any
other commands. Coming in on a HT I can only use *70 and no other
commands will do anything.I am new at this so any and all help would
be great.
