[App_rpt-users] New server not starting asterisk relabily

I have retested on a HP DC6000 and it seems reliable so far and the issue is mostly not there.
When first starting the computer 2 things happen
Most of the URI's show the following message immediately after boot then they stop. Could this be normal and  / or nothing to worry about as it only seems to happen on a reboot?
[Sep 29 07:46:00] WARNING[1212]: chan_simpleusb.c:2646 simpleusb_read: Possibly stuck USB read channel. [usb43826][Sep 29 07:46:00] WARNING[1212]: chan_simpleusb.c:2654 simpleusb_read: Nope, USB read channel [usb43826] wasn't stuck after all.
Secondly after re-downloading the configuration from the AllStar web site sometimes 2 of the URI's reverse their node assignments, and after several reboots they reverse again. what can i do to prevent this?
thank you
Chris

Hi
thank you for the link to a different installer.
64 bit was used however i have the same result
as there are several of this model taken out of service (and in the recycle pile, only reason taken out of service i was told is that they are upgrading all I3s) i can get another on Monday to try if you think it could be a hardware failure.
Or i can try anything you wish if you have another idea.
I am building to to replace a failing RLC DSP 404 and the site will be inaccessible for several months once winter hits thus i am attempting to test for  reliability a little more than usual before deploying.
Thank you very much for the help
Chris
