[App_rpt-users] Need help - Unexplained noise at startup or asterisk restart

Thanks everyone. I believe this is now working.  Indeed, the carrierfrom
setting in simpleusb.conf was 'no' and needed to be 'usbinvert' for an
Arcom 210.  I also needed to change the duplex setting in rpt.conf from 2
to 0 (for use with a multiport controller like our Arcom).
