[App_rpt-users] ctcss Encode Issues

Hello,
I am unable to get any ctcss to be encoded during transmit, except for the
tone frequency that's entered in to the txctcssdetault field. If I change
that tone, the new value gets transmitted. However, all of the other tones
in the txctcssfreqs are being ignored. However, I do know that the
rxctcssfreqs values are being decoded. If I transmit in to the repeater
using a tone not listed, or without a tone, app_rpt ignores it and does not
repeat and key up the transmitter. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Here's what's in my usbradio.conf

txlimonly=no
txtoctype=phase
