[App_rpt-users] ctcss Encode Issues

Steve Mahler: The RX ctcss tones I'm using are being decoded by the dsp.
I get verification of that when running debug in app_rpt.

Neil: I'd like to have the same ctcss tone transmitted for the "repeater
tail" and courtesy tone the same amount of time it's set in the rpt.conf
file. I think I have mine set to 1.5 seconds.
