[App_rpt-users] RAT_rc1 on Pi3 a no joy

I can't seem to get past loading DIAL, and changing the password. I found and tried "first time" without success. Tried loading a known good set of config files in /etc/asterisk, without success. Asterisk does not start. Rebooted the Pi3 using a card from another node to see if the Pi3 and URIx are working. Pi3 boots fine, and asterisk runs. 

Looking for suggestions.
