[App_rpt-users] repeater audio ' popping /clicking '

RPi, RPi2, or RPi3? Thinking throughout and/or usb loading.

Have you looked at /var/log/asterisk/messages for errors and warnings? It sounds like asterisk is unhappy, which can result from hardware issues.
