[App_rpt-users] Need programming software for CM200 and CM300 Motorola

I wasn't able to get DOS box to work with the RSS in Windows 10 or even XP. I was getting serial port errors. 
I ended up installing DOS 6.22 onto a Dell D820 laptop and it works perfectly. Any old laptop with a real serial port should work.
