[App_rpt-users] Another node server having stability issues recheck and maybe add to DIAL repo

Thank you for letting me know this fix is ok to do.

i am experiencing USB issues on booth the nodes i upgraded from DIAL and 
the new ones i have been testing on the bench.

this fix was just applied to another server with 4 nodes tat has 
intermittent USB issues, the errors always show up on boot.

after sapling this fix there where no errors on boot, time will tell if 
this fixes those errors as well.

It looks hopeful that it will as there where no longer errors on boot.

if i have time tonight i will try this on the servers i have on the 
bench and see if it fixed the USB issues there as well.

I have not seen other reports of this. From what I read, the solution 
looks safe.
