[App_rpt-users] Migration Issues

You can try to use the command "find".

find / -name ntp.conf    I don't think DIAL has NTP install by default.
Sorry I'm not a Debian user.

It looks like Debian uses ntpdate. You can edit /etc/default/ntpdate.
