you are correct. the driber will only bind to one node.
so just bind it to your private node and then connect your public node to it either by command or schedule or permanetly.
Thanks

I probably did not state my question clearly enough.
The channel driver appears to be only able to bind ONE discrete echolink node number to ONE discrete Allstar node number using the line isn the conf file:
node=12345(this is some echolink node number that your have registered in the global echolink system)
astnode= 98765(this is some public allstar node)
astnode=4321(this is some private allstar node running on the same system)
but then second “astnode” above may not be a correct syntax ???

As Jim would say "WHY" then no.. You would have to connect to the node with EchoLink running. Then pass the connect codes to that server.. I think its *4.. But I haven't done that in alone time.

I just enabled a private node on my CentOS install.
The main public node #41477 is currently bound to the echolink channel driver.
How do I also concurrently bind it to the other private node #1477 as well as 41477?
The entry in the echolink.conf file is: astnode=41477
can one do astnode=41477,1477 ;or some such kludge?
Any Help appreciated.
