[App_rpt-users] App_rpt-users Digest, Vol 101, Issue 13

You can do DPL with TX/RX that have DPL on board using simple usb but I'd
prefer DSP. IMHO it's cleaner and I was never able to eliminate squelch
bursts using simple usb. DPL coupled with DSP would probably produce a
nice clean drop when a user or the repeater unkeys.
Half of my question/suggestion was also regarding RTCM based systems. With
the RTCM you need to use the local CTCSS/DCS decoder but the server
produces the TX CTCSS and sends it up the network. In a simulcast setup
I'm assuming you would have to have the server generate DCS if there were
to be any overlap areas at all.
