[App_rpt-users] iPhone Verizon Hot Spot Issues

The Hotspot gets an IP address and then ASL needs to update the node list
server. Then the clients needs to update the nodes list. So this can take
sometime. So it can take around 30 minutes or so. For testing, let your
hotspot ASL node run about an hour. Then see if you can connect.

Outbound doesn't need the ports open.
