[App_rpt-users] Echolink Node ID prefixes

Hi All,

I've noticed when an Echolink node connects / transmits to an AllStar node,
the Echolink node number is prefixed with a 3 in the archive file and
possibly elsewhere.

Does the '3' represent anything? I was wondering if Repeaters / Links /
Users have a different prefix.
