When I unkey, the receiver keys up for 50ms sending a carrier through the
network any time someone unkeys.
This is a motorola Maxtrac setup as a remote base listening to a certain
repeater which is setup for "TX PL on Input Only" through the radio club.
The repeater is a tad bit slow on it's Transmit CTCSS turning off however,
so it sends a bit through the network when the remote base unkeys.
If that makes any sense....
