[App_rpt-users] cant ping or traceroute to register.allstarlink.org

OK, it wasn't in modules.conf, but had to add a dnsmgr.conf file now 
shows "Y" but still no register.

tried to ping the server, didn't work.

Tried traceroute also no go, should I see it or does it block icmp?
