[App_rpt-users] Reminder to Visit the New allstarlink.org Website

I love the new website.

There is one thing that is not ok that I found.

When registering a new account, if you are not from the USA you choose your
country (me Canada) , then in the prov/state/region section you can only
choose one of the US state ;-)

Not that I hate the states, but it would be nice to choose the right one.

Beside that, it is very good and I can only give good words..
