[App_rpt-users] Icom FR 5000 repeater - URI - Alllstarlink node

In that case set carrerfrom  = usbinvert
and CTCSSfrom = no

That would use the hard COR from the repeater.

My set doesnt use the hardware cor but uses dsp to decode its own 
squelch from the discriminator.
