[App_rpt-users] Mini Computers

I believe stuttering audio only happens on Pi nodes running USBradio. My
understanding is the Rasperry Pi does not have enough horsepower for
USBradio.      SimpleUSB should not a problem but if anyone knows different
please speak up.
