[App_rpt-users] RTCM Mix-station RSSI Indication

If it is in mix mode rather than voter mode then RSSI has no meaning.  If
the signal opens the squelch it will mix in with the best voted node.  It
is not intended to listen on the same frequency since it has no GPS timing
to align the audio samples with the other nodes.
