Pierre,

 

You will need the Microchip's PICkit3 In-Circuit Debugger/Programmer and the MPLAB IDE programming software. Both are available from MicroChip. https://www.microchip.com/Developmenttools/ProductDetails/PartNo/PG164130

RPI as well, so if they can be used to program the chip I should be ok to do.
