JJ is correct. When the kernel was updated the new kernel no longer 
supports OSS. While waiting for JJ to publish his work around or for the 
dev team to produce a nono OSS channel driver, I'll post the info to put 
the kernel and headers on hold to keep OSS support.
I'll have the info up by tomorrow morning.
