[App_rpt-users] need info re: rpt.conf

Hey all-

Trying to adjust the time from unkey to start of the idiot beep. Tried 
adjusting unkeywait and telemwait, makes no difference...

Looked thru the source and can't find it or the high and low limits. Any 
one shed any light on it?

i could just eliminate it but I do use it to know if a keyup was local 
of from a remote node.I just hate waiting for it.
