[App_rpt-users] need info re: rpt.conf

Hey George,
Yeah, I have mine set down pretty low. There are like three things to adjust. Sadly, my node is offline at the moment, but I have the relevant value set to 750, which is about right. I think it is telemwait you want. But remember that you have to reload the rpt.conf for changes to take effect. (rpt reload should do it.)
