[App_rpt-users] Radio-tune-menu not functioning

In my case, it was a permissions issue.
User 'repeater' is supposed to have sudo (sudo -l) rights, but every time I
tried to enter a command on ASL 1.01, it had to be proceeded with 'sudo'.
Try 'sudo radio-tune-menu' and see what happens.
