[App_rpt-users] Radio-tune-menu not functioning

Geoff,
You have it correct. If you try to run radio-tune menu as user repeater, 
you do get the error. Running it with sudo radio-tune-menu works. The 
user repeater does have sudo privileges, which allow you to run a 
command with elevated rights.
If you do not want to have to type sudo, you can either run sudo -s or 
set the root password (which is NOT set by default) and then use su.
